I have known Jim Youmans for nearly 10 years, and I have used his services for at least eight of those years. His services are timely, efficient, thorough, and as always, top notch! I have had him at my house after a water leak in my absence, without a problem. The times that I am there when he cleans our carpets, he spends time getting to know his customers - you've got to see him going through your house in those cute white slippers he puts on after Scotch guarding our carpets! In regards to pricing, he is more than fair in pricing, especially when you take into account his years of experience, continued training and knowledge and expertise of all facets of getting carpets cleaned to their maximum. In my case, this also takes into account teenage boys and dogs. I'm sure many of you can equate to what Jim gets to clean up after.
